Ordering Information

Standard FedEx Ground is used for all orders unless otherwise requested by the customer. Final shipping fees are based on current standard FedEx charges. A Logo For You is not responsible for incoming/outgoing (once it leaves our facility) shipping delays.

Claims for defects, damage or shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods. A Logo For You is committed to your satisfaction and will go above and beyond to rectify any issue.

Order cancellations or revisions must be confirmed in writing prior to the start of production. Any associated costs (art fee, cancellation fee, 20% restocking fee, shipping & handling fees, etc.) leading up to the time of cancellation will be invoiced accordingly.

Two proofs are provided at no charge. Additional proofs due to changes requested by the customer are $15 each. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all details of proofs carefully before approving. A Logo For You will not be responsible for errors in approved proofs and will produce as seen in the approved proof.

A Logo For You will make every attempt to use any file type (JPG, PNG, TIF, BMP, etc.) provided but vector files will yield the best final result. Preferred file types are EPS, AI, PDF and SVG. These files may or may not be vector. One way to tell if you have a vector file is to zoom all the way in, if you can’t see individual pixels (little squares), it’s a vector file. If we cannot use the files you have, we can create vector files for a nominal fee.

Personalization should be provided in typed Excel or Word document noting which name and or number goes on which item. Names and numbers will be decorated as received. A Logo For You is not responsible for mis-spellings of names or incorrect numbers if it was received as such.

Apparel prices on our website are generally for BLANK items and do not include decoration or set up fees. For exact pricing please contact us for a quote. Promotional product/hard good item prices do not include additional fees such as run charges, set ups, proofs, shipping, etc. For exact pricing please contact us for a quote.

Embroidery and screen print order are filled to exact order quantities. Promotional products/hard goods orders are subject to the individual vendors’ over/under policy, which is generally 5-10%.

All artwork submitted to for production is required to be in full compliance with applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. The unauthorized use of trademarks and copyrights is illegal. A Logo For You is not liable for any damages resulting from the unintentional violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans. A Logo For You reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to replicate (print, embroider, decorate, etc.) anything know to be illegal.

We accept Cash, Checks, ACH/EFT, Debit Cards and Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover. Purchase Orders are accepted from approved customers. Online payment links are available upon request for invoices and statements.

A Logo For You will make monthly attempts to contact a customer regarding picking up their order. Orders that are in A Logo For You’s possession for more than 6 months become the property of A Logo For You and will be donated or discarded without notice within 12 months. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to claim their order before these deadlines.
